Adventures - to plan or not to plan?

Dearest,
How are you in this moment? Where is your attention flowing to? Are you thinking about your to do list or dwelling on something that happened in the past?

Take your hand to your heart and gently tap it to your own rhythm - gu goom, gu goom, gu goom (visualising the scene in Dirty Dancing right now is optional ) Stay in this moment till your feel that calm and easy feeling envelope you like a thick cosy blanket in winter.
Though maybe that calm doesn't arrive and your head remains chaotic and busy, your body tight and fidgety. Try and accept that it's just what it is in this moment. Calm and ease will come.
Have you got any exciting plans to look forward to? While I like those spur of the moment adventures, there is something special about having something to countdown to. Excitement in the planning, excitement in the countdown, excitement in the moment and excitement each and every time you relive the memories.
Do you prefer planning or spontaneous adventures? Did you have any adventures this week that created wonderful memories for you?
This last week for me has lacked adventure! Today is the fourth straight day in pj's. It's the first day though that my brain is functioning beyond 20%. The nasty germs I've picked up have well and truly kicked my butt. They event meant I missed out on an adventure - going to Coldplay - gutted but not dwelling - instead resting, nourishing and hydrating.
I hope that you are well and looking after yourself in the best ways you know. I hope you keep learning to expand that knowledge and the tools you can use.
Take care dearest - of yourself, of others, of your thoughts, of your actions and of our wonderful world.
You are worthy - always
