Easter and other new beginnings

Dearest,
How are you? Take a deep breath and spend some time just repeating the inhale and exhale for as long as you think you need - then do three more.

It's Easter so today's letter is short and sweet.
My wish for you this holiday period is to spend time with people who make you laugh.
If you haven't received an invite out - you do the inviting. A walk, a coffee, an ice cream, a movie, a wander around markets or a garden. It doesn't have to be for long or cost a thing. Don't wait for someone else to create memories in your own beautiful life.
Easter is a time for new beginnings so go start something that your future self will be proud of - again something small today is likely to become more impactful than you realise.
Choose your hard - you got this!
Take care Dearest, of yourself, of others, of your thoughts, or your actions and of our beautiful world.
You are worthy - always
Ngā manaakitanga xx
