Dearest,
How do you feel? Does your answer reflect your current physical, emotional or spiritual state? Centering yourself in this moment how do you feel physically? How do you feel emotionally? How do you feel spiritually?

It's a reminder that we have more than one aspect to each of us in this beautiful life. We strive to be thriving in all, all the time - but sometimes that's just not possible. We all have our seasons. As I look out on our garden at the moment it's going through that season of change. Things seem messy, the beauty takes more effort to see. But change can, and often is, messy and growth can, and often is, hard - remember Dearest, choose your hard.
What wonderful experiences did you get to take part in this week? Was it a beautiful sunset or a delicious cup of coffee that your hands could wrap around? Did you lose yourself in a book or spend time creating? Was it an energising conversation with an interesting person or perhaps it was something that made you laugh so hard tears came down your face.
Maybe it was a first-class seat or a flight in a private jet. Time at an exotic resort surrounded by white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and lush greenery. Perhaps you even met one of your idols this week?
Luxury and joy can go hand in hand just as equally as the joy of dirt under your nails as you garden. You don't need to choose one or the other. You can, Dearest, have it all - you just need to be clear on what "all" looks like for you.
The most magical moments can be found all around us each day - we just need to give ourselves the space to look. Today is one of those stunning autumn days - blue skies and little wind. A day that starts chilly, needing slippers, and transforms into uplifting warmth as the sun rises higher in the sky. So today we will be exploring places we haven't been to before - a cafe that is out of the normal routes we take and a beach I don't believe I've stepped foot on before despite only living 20 minutes away.
Whatever the magical moments you experienced last week, Dearest, I hope you get to experience even more this week - something perhaps, beyond what you think possible!
Take care Dearest - of yourself, of others, of your thoughts, of your actions and of our beautiful world.
You are worthy - always
Ngā manaakitanga xx
