Small actions - big feels

Dearest,
How does the tip of your nose feel? Do you now find yourself with flaring nostrils trying to feel the tip of your nose? I did and I still couldn't feel the tip - unless I touched it with my finger! So maybe instead the tip of your nose - how do you feel in this moment?

What wonderful interactions have you been blessed with this week? I got a lovely text from a friend. She was sharing a moment of joy over one of those little things in life. It brought a huge grin to my face and I'm so grateful she chose to share it. It reminded me that those little shares create a wave of goodness that can flow through many hearts.
This week, Dearest, let's make sure we authentically share those moments with others. If you randomly think fondly of someone this week let them know. It will have a more positive impact than you can imagine.
Daylights savings ends this weekend and it's the transition I find hardest. I'm someone who is happily asleep by 9.30pm each night so having to stay up to what feels like 10.30pm is brutal. Which way is hard for you with daylight savings? Or does neither really bother you beyond the changing of clocks?
While my bleary eyes may be struggling with this transition, they also get to enjoy the beauty of the autumn transition happening all around us. Daylight seems to get softer, deciduous trees unveil delightful reds, oranges and yellows as if they are each turning into their own unique and exceptional sunset. If we take the time to look, beyond the struggles we are having, there is always beauty to be found.
Garden harvests are ending and gardening chores involve removing and tidying things away. Rest is coming. It can seem counter intuitive but in this pause is where magic happens. So Dearest, I hope this week you cherish those moments to pause. To just be. To allow yourself and all the beauty around you to be what it is.
Take care Dearest - of yourself, of others, of your thoughts, of your actions and of our wonderful world.
You are worthy - always
Ngā manaakitanga xx
